Paul recently chatted to Boutique Hotelier magazine about what the past year has meant for our restaurant. And it’s not all bad! For Paul and his team, it’s been all about food waste strategies, whipping up new menu creations and redevelopment ideas ready for re-opening our doors and hosting our guests.
In the kitchen, we are keeping it simple (but bursting with flavour). We’re using local and seasonable produce to keep us consistent. And sticking to our roots. So, when you dine with us, you get a flavour of South Devon on your plate.
A focus for this year is keeping our kitchen sustainable. We love our environment and are always looking at things we can do to help in what little way we can. We’re pleased to say we have very little food waste, and we’re working with suppliers on plastic and food packaging too.
So, when you join us, sit back with a glass of bubbly. Enjoy the spectacular coastal views. If you’re outside on the terrace, soak up the sun. We won’t stop you!
