Warm your heart and treat your taste buds with our seasonal dishes packed full of the best local ingredients. Executive Head Chef Paul Hegley is excited to serve up new dishes from 22nd September that showcase the best of South Devon with an innovative twist.
The Restaurant Experience
Dine at our restaurant as you overlook the atmospheric coastline below, waves crashing, mist rolling in. Our a la carte menu boasts a selection of dishes designed to celebrate the flavours of the season. Tuck into our champagne chicken and bacon pie: Picture this – tender chunks of chicken and crispy bacon, all enveloped in a rich and creamy champagne sauce, crowned with a perfectly flaky pastry crust. It's the ultimate comfort food, elevated to gourmet perfection. If fish is your thing, the roast cod with butterbean nduja ragout combines ocean’s bounty with a hearty and spicy Italian sausage-based sauce.

Lounge tapas by the fire
Sometimes, you just want to unwind by the fire and savour some tipples and nibbles. Our lounge tapas menu is designed for just such moments, featuring a delightful selection of small plates inspired by the seasons. Discover the flavours of South Devon with our locally sourced charcuterie. The Padron peppers sprinkled with Cornish sea salt are simple, vibrant, and pan-fried to perfection. For the cheese lovers, indulge in some Manchego drizzled with our very own Gara Hilltop Honey. Creamy and nutty meets sweet and smooth.
