Our pool/s and spa facilities (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) are available to hotel guests from 8am until 6pm. Treatments are available from 10.30am until 5.30pm(treatment finish time).

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your treatment in order to complete the consultation form. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to consider the next guest.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice, otherwise the full cost of treatment may be charged.

When making bookings, please advise us of any conditions and medications you are taking that may/will interfere with the treatment. Certain medical conditions require written permission from your doctor to proceed with the treatment. Please note on arrival we require a completed consultation form for all our treatments.

• The minimum age for body treatments is 18 years old. However, it is up to the therapist’s discretionif they are willing to carry out a treatment on someone who is younger, and a parent/guardian must be present throughout.
• Children aged 13-16 can receive nail/facial treatments, but a parent/ guardian must be present in the room throughout. Children aged 16-18 can receive nail/facial treatments with a parent/guardian in the vicinity, not necessarily in the room.
• Children under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times whilst using the indoor/outdoor pool.
• Children under the age of 16 years are unable to use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, as they cannot regulate their body temperature.

We offer a specialised maternity treatment for our mums to be. Only nail treatments and facials can be given during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, no massage. If you are considered a high-risk pregnancy, you will be required to bring a note from your doctor for massage after the first trimester. If you become pregnant between now and your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
