We'll be making many of our favourite things this Christmas. Our homemade mulled pear gin is crafted in-house using Salcombe Gin's Start Point Gin. A little something to warm you up after a walk along the coast.
At the bar, our festive cocktail calendar brings a few seasonal additions, from a Gingerbread Old Fashioned with bourbon and ginger to a Pine Sour made with Salcombe Gin and house made pine syrup. There's also a White Christmas Fizz with elderflower, white chocolate and Prosecco.

South Devon is particularly special in winter. The beaches are quieter, the coastal paths are peaceful and Salcombe takes on a slower pace once the summer crowds have gone.
