Progress during May & June
The Cottages: timber frame has been erected and the natural slate roofs and chimneys have been built. The windows are installed and external rendering is underway. Internally the electrical and mechanical first fix installation is complete, stairs are being fitted and internal wall boarding installation has commenced.
The Cottages take shape
The erection of timber frame Cottages is well advanced and the installation of beam & block ground floor to the apartment block is nearing completion.
Build Progress
Scaffolding to the perimeter of the cottages is complete in readiness for the delivery of the cottage timber frame. The access road to the front of the development has been widened to accept the mobile crane erecting the timber frame. …
